Orders may be placed over the phone, by browsing our online store, or from a weekly inventory excel file that is provided by your sales rep. In the event that we are unable to fulfill your order in its entirety due to stock availability or other reasons, your sales rep will notify you before shipping so that you can amend the order as needed.
There may be times we show an item in stock but is no longer available when the order is ready for fulfillment. There are a number of factors that can lead to this situation, such as the item being lost, damaged or oversold, along with the possibility of a software error showing an item as in stock when it is not. Our solutions to these possible situations vary based on the preferences of the customer.
